sky130_tests/test_comparator.sch

to do a mismatch simulation with ngspice (using the

tt_mm

corner). This schematic used to do some trickeries when the mismatch simulation in skywater-pdk was not fully working. Now it works fine without any special tricks. You can look at it to get the idea. There are comments in the circuit. 40 simulations are run with local mismatches on transistors, VCC and temperature variations. You might want to disable VCC and temperature variations (look at the comments) to see the effect of process mismatches only.
