@User i see your problem in more detail now. Your problem is that open_pdks does not require the nfet_20v0 model, it is probably already included by the main lib file. Will remove these. In my open_pdks installation the xschem examples under

share/pdk/sky130A/libs.tech/xschem/sky130_tests,

like the

test_nmos.sch

have these includes already deleted by the open_pdks installer (smart work! @User) . Will do the same upstream in the xschem_sky130 repository. Thank you for pointing out this issue.
