I am designing an LDO and the bandgap circuit required but i have a problem with the simulator that i got inconvenient results in some cases: The 3 attached photos shows the dc variation of ldo_output with temprature and with supply and transient analysis of variaiton of the output after applying step variation on the supply vdd ..The strange thing is that for the temprature sweep i got output around 1.8v at vdd =2.2v but with the sweep versus the supply at vdd=2.2v the ldo_out is more than 2v although it should be the same point and also the transient analysis agrees with the temprature sweep
