Deepak, try to do xschem->help->About xschem. what is the version? as far as i know skywater-pdk pulls in the skywater symbol libraries (the graphical elements) for xschem, but not xschem itself. But it's some weeks i didn't redo the whole install process, may be this has changed. Please verify the version number and post here....
