there are some import scripts, however never think to find a nice looking schematic from a netlist import. the netlist does not have any information on component placement and spice netlists don't even tell the directions of pins. ANyway some work has been done for this, see this Readme and directory for both verilog and spice import. After importing the schematic you have some manual work to make the schematic look something familiar instead of an array of transistors
