@User You can install a linux virtual machine on windows 10 (either with WSL or Virtualbox or other virtualization software) and then in the VM you can install all tools (for you i guess xschem, magic, ngspice and open_pdks). Ngspice and xschem can also run on windows but the Unix-like operating systems facilitates integration of all these tools. I don't know if open_pdks can be installed on windows, But i will definitely go for a Linux virtual machine.
