@User you can not save examples in /usr/local. You have 3 options: 1. set write permission of /usr/local/share/pdk/sky130A/libs.tech/xschem/sky130_tests directory 2. move the directory in one of your user directories (may be you need to add the directory into your xschemrc) 3. load the schematic and do a 'Save As' into a writeable place, then simulate.
