@User Thanks Tim, do you have any idea about this disconnect? I’m not sure but seems that the VNB and VPB are defined as pwell and nwell layers ( in the lef file) and these layers cannot be used for wiring in Innovus? I’m also have no clue why it reported the antenna area ratio errors and the minimum width (for the top layer M6) but I changed some things like rearrange the pins, re-routing then they were fixed?
