@User: There are some tutorials on efabless; it's supposed to be sort of self-explanatory. . . if it's working. Parts of it definitely won't work because they're tied to device layouts from libraries that are not yet in the Google/SkyWater repository. From the "Devices 1" menu you should be able to click on "nmos (MOSFET)" and get a pop-up window like the following:
