So when I expand a type-list like e.g. "lic/m1,obslic/m1", should I split by "," then run "tech layers lic" and "tech layers obslic", and concatenate "/m1" to all the results of "tech layers lic" and concatenate "/m1" to all the results of "tech layers obslic" ?
