@User: I don't know how your automatic routing works, but from the above, I would think that you don't need a via there at all. You are connecting straight down to the power bus local interconnect, and there are already two vias directly on either side. By adding another one in the middle, you're creating spacing issues but not really improving the connection to the bus by much.
