Hi @Tim Edwards, i saved the design which used a NMOS for library and extracted the netlist. 1. When i try to instantiate the cell in other layout - the NMOS vanishes with error 2. i try to reopen the saved layout again , and the NMOS vanishes. Not sure what i am ding wrong here ??
