@User That diagram is what I was looking at, but it's definitely missing some info. For instance for the built-in capacitance, there is no dielectric thickness specified. But then it might be specified in capacitance-per-area rather than a specific dielectric thickness. I also don't see any info about the resistance of the various layers. (Or maybe we just assume it's Aluminium and compute it with the stated thickness).
