actually, sorry, I think I'm still wrapping my head around this library paradigm. from the presentation it looks like a paracell is just a convenience library for different common functions that rely on the primitives. I might suggest that if the goal is writing a specific library that implements a paracell that relies on primitives that may or may not exist yet -- maybe have separate channels for each paracell category?
