@User: SPICE models will be provided eventually---right after we deal with the I/O library. Otherwise, yes, Magic will do full circuit extraction. But---parasitics will be a bit inaccurate for two reasons: (1) Magic uses a simplified model for parasitic capacitance, and (2) SkyWater did not provide any values for parasitic capacitances other than what is in the cap tables or the Calibre PEX deck. A field equation solver is one way to get a ballpark number. Maybe better is to plug the equation from Calibre into Octave and try to solve for the best meaningful single value for the parallel plate and fringe caps.
