@User Capacitance values are given per unit length. The extractor can be instructed to provide lumped output so a long line is split up in several RC networks. This should be OK for digital and analog design up to a few GHz. Inductance effects are typically ignored. For RF design specific parametric layout may be provided with their own calibrated SPICE model.
