looks ok. I don't know if ngspice algorithm is perfectly deterministic or if there is some deliberate randomization to facilitate operating point calculation. However in most cases if a simulation produces random results there is some problem in the circuit, A very high gain differential amplifier with 0V differential voltage on inputs is one situation where i have seen this behavior. But if the amplifier is used in the right feedback configuration these problems no not happen.
