@User, @User, @User: This is really a false positive due to a bug in the detailed placer. It happens when the tap cells are directly next to the endcaps. If you vary the core utilization slightly (+/- 2%) you should be able to avoid it. I am looking into the root cause of the bug though. If you can open an issue about it on GH, it will help us greatly keep track of it.
