gschem works well (with a little fix needed regarding the netlister) and is it easy to support transistor parameters (that was the reason I choosed gschem over Kicad ) a few years ago. Maybe this has been fixed. I plan to release a small example together with NGSice simulation on github as soon as we have the spice models released for sky130
