Hi! I took the PDK release as an opportunity to put together a proof-of-concept of an idea I had a while ago. GDS2WebGL translates GDSII layouts for visualization on the web. The interactive views work in any modern browser on PCs, tablets and phones. The project and a demo using spm.gds is on github. Feel free to open issues for feature ideas and bugs. This starting point may be useful for creating a google maps-like view of large layouts, single-cell views for library documentation, etc.. If you are aware of similar projects for putting GDS data on the web, please let me know.
