How do I start installing all the tools and virtualization environments (Docker? anaconda?? ... ???) that are implicitly assumed to be installed, so they don't even show up conspicuously in the documentation ... and where would I find a documentation of them? Also, of the many different possible ways to install all the tools, what installation method and sequence will work on ubuntu Mate 16.04 (which I can upgrade to 20.04 if necessary)?
