The problem is I can't figure out why it is not used in my design. If I enable it. Currently, I think the problem is that the openLANE makefile contains an error. It is disabled by default but with the current makefile, it is impossible to enable it without makefile modification. And I assume Yosys does not even know about the existence of this cell so he won't use it.
