Is GPLv3.0-or-later license supported? FAQ tells us that GPLv3.0 is recognized and allowed, however, GPLv3.0-or-later is not on the list. Can the project have multiple compatible licenses? Like GPLv3.0 for source and BSD-3-Clause (both allowed and compatible with each other).
