@User there was a discussion previously that unfortunately is no longer available. In a nut shell, the BAG tool uses direct access of the OpenAccess database which despite the name is not open. So you need a commercial tool, BAG is built for Cadence Virtuoso, I don't know if other OpenAccess tools like Tanner are supported. But in any case these tools don't seem to see much use around here due to the cost. What tool set are you using?
