@User I have to admit that I am rusty with creating Virtuoso libraries. Haven't done so in about a year. But from what I remember, you do need to start with tech files such as .tf and .drf These tech files exist, but they are inside the NDA repository. They're not ours to publish, that's a matter for project leaders such as @User to discuss.
