Those are the files I am looking for. I already have some .il scripts to do environment setup however I dont have the .tf and .drf for layer definitions. I found the Github issue: https://github.com/google/skywater-pdk/issues/1 however not sure of the status as of now. We are the LNIS lab at the UofU and have been contracted by Google to perform some tapeouts with this design so I am not sure what else we need to do to get access to this. I will await your response.
