(I put a question mark after the m3 fuse because I am unsure why one would use m3 as a fuse. The thinner metal layers are generally better for fuses, so m2 would seem to be a better choice. I am not sure what happens with the polyimide cut, and especially with the redistribution layer. Generally you want a probe cut over the fuse, because otherwise having the fuse buried under a thick layer of insulation means that the fuse will tend to melt and then resolidify in place.)
