I'm not seeing any warnings for GDS read-in. I tried both just using the

extract

script inside our lib/magic folder, as well as reading in directly the re-formatted GDS from the _18T repo. Only seeing

Warning: Calma reading is not undoable!  I hope that's OK.

Sounds like it could be an environment issue.
