@User I was referring to the spice files here: https://foss-eda-tools.googlesource.com/skywater-pdk/libs/sky130_osu_sc/+/refs/heads/master/cells/nand2x1/sky130_osu_sc__nand2x1.spice Teo responded. He thinks something went wrong with the script that produced those from the cdl files which I now use successfully.
