@User Are their specs for the OSU cells analogous to the sky130 cells? I am not advocating at all that their documentation be followed. It is somewhat confusing. They have a spec for the lowest voltage their cells “work” (1.2v) and a different spec for the range of voltages their spice models are valid for. They have vague specs (<2v) that categorize the cells and some absolute maximum numbers for the transistor gate voltages.
