@User It is possible that their cells will work at quite low voltages because they give access to the bulk which could be biased to reduce the threshold. This isn’t the case for the OSU cells. Also, your mux uses a different circuit and may be slower/faster or otherwise different at different voltages. I am just looking at this from a usability perspective on the documentation. Suppose I am a designer and I want to know what range of voltages I can expect a design to work reliability at? It’s hard to tell from the existing specs. I thought that this wasn’t going to be a problem because one could just simulate and check but the sky130 specs specifically suggest the models aren’t valid at low voltages - not even the voltage they say the cells will work at.
