@User: I've been waiting for the OSU standard cell library to show up as a git submodule in skywater-pdk, but since that hasn't happened, I did what I have been doing for some of the other libraries, which is to just make a symbolic link from the skywater-pdk repo. So I did that; I am currently tracking down some issue in Magic with the annotation of the port order from the CDL files; I don't think the fault is in your files. But I did notice something, which is that the GDS for your standard cells has the layout 10x too large. I think this is an issue that I have noted before.
