@User: I mean, I'm going to have to write that code sooner or later now that I can see how a different scalefactor can undermine the whole "cut and paste" method of dropping GDS data directly into the output. I will have to start tracking the scale of the library in the cell and applying that scale to all instances of the cell. But that code might not get written for a while, given how busy I am right now. It's never come up before because I always see GDS written to the scale that is the highest power of 10 that contains the minimum manufacturing grid. Anything lower than that just adds unnecessary zeros into the output and bloats the size of the GDS file.
