Succeeded the diagnosis and gpio test with a part of C7 chip. All IOs pass the diagnosis and sanity check. And I am able to run gpio test. Further working to get my user project up. One question: for running my design I need to first set the baud rate through ILA so does anyone have idea about the current operating frequency of caravel, is it same 10MHz as xclk or it's different?

Yes, the clock rate is set by the on-board X1 CMOS clock, which is 10MHz.
