@Bruno de Melo Costa a spice subcircuit describes the connectivity and the devices in a circuit but does not contain any geometrical data. Generating a spice netlist from a schematic is a lossy process. Only device list and connectivity is generated, all geometrical information is lost. The reverse process is not easy.
In many cases the best thing to do is to create a schematic with the input and output pins of the subcircuit and include the netlist as plain text, see example below.
The schematic can have its own symbol and used like any other schematic symbols in bigger circuits.
