.measure tran trise

+ TRIG v(out) TD=10.5n VAL=0.1 RISE=1

+ TARG v(out) TD=10.5n VAL=1.7 RISE=1

this measures rise time of V(out) from 0.1V to 1.7V for the first time after 10.5ns
