Hi, I have a risc-v core with 24200 cell count but I don't really know what die area should be efficient for this many cells or is there any other things should I consider than the cell count, any documentation or idea will be helpful, thanks.

Instead of fixed DIE/CORE area configuration use

FP_CORE_UTIL

and tool will calculate relative die size and from there you can optimize based your requirement
