I filled in the openram pins used 15-17 and 19-22. You were able to configure 0-18?

FYI, eFabless replaced my MPW2 design with my MPW3 design when I addressed some diff fill problems. The only real difference is it was synthesized with updated timing after some of the MPW1 challenges.

The other challenge is that one of our test modes is another scan chain of our design. We also have a parallel LA test mode as backup.
