There is a #magic channel that is the better place to post this question. But the answer is yes: Go to http://opencircuitdesign.com/magic/, click on "Using Magic", and then scroll to the bottom of that page where there is full documentation on all magic commands. The documentation on that web page is linked directly to the source repository, where you can find the same information under the directory
