@jeffdi Why user project id are showing zero ? My understanding was this value should different per project ?

Caravel data:
   mfg        = 0456
   product    = 11
   project ID = 00000000

I get the same thing, but that didn't seem to be fatal (until I hit https://github.com/efabless/caravel_board/issues/16)

Yes, project-id: 0x00 may not be fatal; I was just wandering is these socketed chip are our chip or caravel test chip?. I am also facing WinBond SRAM not found issue. My debug on the Flash Interface signals at Caravel flash using logic capture say's like Flash memory not detecting CS# transition. My case I see Flash is just responding correctly on first transaction only.

@Dinesh A those should be your chip (there should be a sticker with the project slot number on it)
