What options are there for memories on GF180mcu? I've tried porting DFFRAM but it's subtly different from SKY130 and it requires a lot more thought. I notice there is a memory primitive from the foundry, but it's apparently a 1rw memory that makes it not very suitable for anything.

We've torn apart those memories but the bitcell isn't very compact. We've started a tech for OpenRAM but it isn't ready yet.

Thanks. I suppose my options now are: 1. Wait for OpenRAM 2. Wait for DFFRAM 3. Try to implement DFFRAM (it seems like it's almost there!) 4. Redo my CPU to add delays, or run it at half speed 5. Use inferred memories
