Hello, one question, what does it mean to put "mm" on the corner (tt mm) is it the same as analyzing in monte carlo?

"mm" stands for "mismatch". It is a form of monte carlo statistical variation, but specifically for device-to-device variation, not process-to-process variation.

Can you give me a example of device yo device variation? And of not process to process variation?
