Please, if someone can answer this, I have submitted a project for gfmpw180 before the due date itself, but then Precheck failed for some reason, but today I succeeded in ensuring the Precheck pass. My Question is, will efabless accept it for Tapeout?

Not for GFMPW-0, but you can resubmit for the next shuttle, GFMPW-1, to be announced in Q1 2023. Even projects with a successful precheck before the deadline were put in a lottery draw, so some of them didn't get in the shuttle. The good news is that if you're passing precheck now, you'll be able to submit for GFMPW-1 right when it opens which will give you an advantage in the next lottery.
