For device currents add:
.options savecurrents
above the .control statement.
the current in R2 is more complex. Open the raw file and search for r2: In my example the current inside r6 is: i(@b.xr6.brend[i])
The easiest way is to add an ammeter device in series to the resistance. It is also more portable. If you switch to Xyce simulator it will work, while the ngspice syntax for resistor currents will not.
