What are the tools for parasitics extraction? I know Magic does it but couldn't find an alternative...

Oh, LEF is also used in analog for some PnR tools, but based on what you said, I wouldn't expect the support from OpenRCX for analog will be good...

If you have LEF you can use openrcx/OR

when you design the analog portion you'll need to do that seperately. Once you generate the LEF you are only verify what is outside the LEF

The lef is a black box model. All the internals are abstracted away.
