It shouldn't need special handling. There will just be additional GDS layers in the GDS for the ReRAM layers. The lot will get split, and where you have ReRAM layers, you'll get the ReRAM added. All the issues will be on the side of SkyWater, where they need to make sure that you get your chips back from the correct split that went through ReRAM. Please check with Jeff DiCorpo if there are any additional requirements (such as anything to enter on the submission form), but I don't think there are any additional requirements.

Thanks @Adil Malik. Especially as there is no way of setting the pdk to sky130B for the project (after extension it defaulted to 130A)
