#open_pdks is right place to discuss. https://github.com/RTimothyEdwards/open_pdks clone and follow instruction for installation.

Btw.: we are including the GF180MCU C PDK in a future release (most likely in december) the https://github.com/iic-jku/iic-osic-tools docker container.

open_pdks

does already supports GF180MCU pdk, with current OpenLane release
