<@U016EM8L91B> <@U016HSAA3RQ> Current definition of DF.13/DF.14 don't make much sense to me. In the picture one can see a ntap that is more than 15um away from pcomp in the NWELL. Current definition of the DRC will not flag a NWELL that does not have a ntap as a DRC violation. ~It will flag a NWELL with only a ntap and no pcomp as a DRC violation though~.

I do think the main problem is that current DF.13/DF.14 in precheck will not flag pcomp too far away from ntap in NWELL or ncomp too far away from ptap in substrate.

What is Linen?
