Silly question - anyone know if there is a gf180mcu ngspice deck - we have been using spectre/hspice but wondered if there were any who used it successfully for ngspice. We had some issues running with ngspice.

@James Stine Please tell me how can I help you with that. We have designed an entire PLL using ngspice.
including mixed mode simulations.

Just looking to use a ngspice deck for the model - right now we only see the spectre/hspice version and had issues running it with ngspice. We need the ngspice deck (i.e., for the models) for the CharLib characterization and didn't know if there exists an ngspice version somewhere. We tried modifying the current spectre/hspice one with no luck.
a
you mean like slides or the actual model card for the ngspice?
It has some python scripts and sample netlist.

hmm...I see the sm141064.ngspice but that looks like a resistor model. I need the ngspice models for NMOS/PMOS
I very appreciative of your help @Amro Tork

There are some samples for NMOS/PMOS in the same repo. I’ll get back to you in few hours
j
got it - super thx!

Take a look at that:
@James Stine I hope that helps.
Please note that mos scripts are not updated.

Yea thank you!!!
