On first sight, HyperRam seems like a potentially interesting option for us too, from my point of view. Any ideas pro/contra HyperRam?

HyperRam does use less pins and power, it could be promising for low-bandwidth memory applications that just need a large pool of memory. I feel like traditional DRAM is gonna be irreplaceable for high bandwidth RAM access.
